About The Position

The Cash Management Service & Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to CNB’s Cash Management customers. This will be accomplished by supporting our Cash Management Sales Team, Commercial Line Partners, and Branch Staff to help broaden and deepen existing and new relationships with the implementation of our Cash Management products and services. Who We Want: Champion of Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to support the Bank’s growth in cash management services and deposit growth Ability to develop new business from a variety of sources Maintain strong working relationships with lenders, retail, solution center associates, and wealth staff to expand and support existing and prospective customer deposit growth while also recognizing referral and cross-sell opportunities Industry Expert: Strong knowledge of business banking, cash management, and commercial deposit products and services Ability to respond promptly to the needs and priorities of the customer; recognize and connect with the appropriate staff to meet their needs and establish an effective working relationship Exceptional consulting and presentation skills Analytical Thinker: Assess, critique, enhance, improve, and develop existing cash management services Anticipate potential issues, to make sure milestones are achieved and to alert management of any deviation from the original plan Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot challenging issues What You'll Do: Collaborate with various departments including Solution Center, Retail, Commercial, and Audit/Compliance to ensure quality customer service Responsible for performing operational and sales support duties for the Cash Management Department and providing a full range of professional, technical, and general support to Bank personnel and customers Assist with the coordination and support of Cash Management implementation, onboarding, and training. Support new business clients during the onboarding training process Maintain strong industry knowledge, staying current on competitor offerings to provide market feedback and ensure competitiveness Ensure positive customer support by effectively resolving customer-reported issues promptly Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the cash management industry and competitor’s products and pricing to assist with developing marketing strategies and setting sales objectives Ensure proper execution of all necessary agreements and documents and lead efforts related to the annual review process (such as reviewing agreements, pricing, etc.) Perform a variety of routine daily tasks; prepare reports and participate in special department projects Conduct duties in accordance with CNB Bank’s business plan and meet all regulatory requirements including those specified in CNB’s current policies and procedures Responsible for understanding product pricing, structuring, and proposals Ability to adapt quickly to different work situations and remain composed under pressure What You Get: Competitive pay Excellent benefits package, including 15 days of annual Paid Time Off (PTO). Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven sales call experience with the ability to provide quality relationship-oriented solutions to meet customer needs
  • Knowledge of bank products and continual development of product expertise
  • Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products

Responsibilities
