About The Position

As a Cash Management Services Teller, you work with your team to ensure the safe and secure preparation of cash, coin, and check deposits for Loomis customers. The position involves verifying deposits and preparing change orders using specialized counting equipment and procedures. The work is performed in a large area within a vault, with little or no exposure to outside light. Work may be performed sitting on a stool with back support or standing in front of a counter 3.5 to 4 feet high. The full-time schedule can average 40 to 50 hours per week, with a minimum of five days during a six-day period. Candidates must complete a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) as part of the qualification process. The evaluation tests specified lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand-coupling abilities.

Requirements

Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write, and record numbers.
Ability to perform simple computer data entry.
Ability to use a calculator by touch.
Successful completion of a Human Performance Evaluation covering the stated lifting, lift-carry, push-pull, and repetitive coupling tests.

Responsibilities

Conduct deposit verification and/or prepare change orders using specialized counting equipment and procedures.
Separate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from banks, ATMs, and/or commercial customers, and accurately count them by denomination.
Prepare currency and/or coin change orders by denomination for assigned customers.
