Cash Management Services Teller - Chicago, IL
About The Position
As a Cash Management Services Teller, you work with a team to ensure the safe and secure preparation and processing of cash, coin, and check deposits for Loomis customers. The position involves verifying deposits and preparing change orders using specialized counting equipment and procedures. The full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, performed in 8-hour or split shifts. Work is performed in a room or work area within a vault with little or no exposure to outside light. Qualification requires successful completion of a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) covering lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling, and repetitive hand coupling.
Requirements
- Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write, and record numbers.
- Ability to perform simple computer data entry.
- Ability to use a calculator by touch.
- Successfully complete a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE), including the specified lift, lift-carry, push-pull, and repetitive coupling tests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deposit verification and/or change order preparation using specialized counting equipment and procedures.
- Separate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from bank, ATM, and/or commercial customers, providing an accurate count by denomination.
- Prepare currency and/or coin change orders by denomination for each assigned customer.
