About The Position

This role is for a Cash Management Associate focused on Client Experience & Operations. The associate will be the primary support for branches and internal teams, handling client inquiries, troubleshooting disbursement issues, and ensuring compliance while maintaining a high level of client service. The position is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoy problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office procedures.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and ability to learn new systems.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of support for branch teams, addressing questions and resolving client account activity.
  • Investigate and correct disbursement errors accurately.
  • Complete daily reports and review account activity for compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.
  • Research and resolve transaction discrepancies from both branch and home office entries.
  • Post wires, checks, and process ACH profiles and periodic transactions.
  • Assist in training new associates and handle escalated calls.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and client-first service.
