Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in cash applications, payment posting, or revenue cycle operations
Epic experience required (cash posting, lockbox, EFT/ERA workflows)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior lead, senior, or supervisory experience
Experience in a hospital or healthcare revenue cycle environment
Experience working with bank lockbox vendors and correspondence posting
Strong understanding of revenue cycle cash application processes
Advanced proficiency in Epic cash posting workflows
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Leading day-to-day cash posting operations and ensuring accurate, timely application of payments and adjustments.
Serving as a subject matter expert in cash application workflows.
Providing leadership, training, and quality oversight for the Cash Applications team.
Handling confidential information and maintaining HIPAA privacy standards regarding patient account information.
Performing all work in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Oklahoma Heart Hospital.
