About The Position
As a Cash Application Specialist, you will apply cash payments in Oracle, research remittance details, contact customers regarding missing remittance information, and notify collectors of short payments or payment discrepancies. While experience with Oracle is not required, quick training will be provided.
Requirements
- Experience with cash application and accounts receivable.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills both internally and with customers.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Previous collections experience is ideal.
- Ability to work well within a tight-knit team.
