About The Position

The Support Administrator is responsible for organization and administrative day-to-day tasks to support sales performance and bottom-line profitability.

Requirements

  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivated and results-driven
  • "Win together" mentality
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in handling money
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
  • Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Complete cash and check reconciliation daily
  • Complete ReSA (Sales Audit) activity daily
  • Lead and support all bank deposits and baking needs
  • Manage red bags and media handling
  • Reconcile cash office profile register drawer
  • Manage associate spiff payouts
  • Complete WHIRL inquiries as needed
  • Support tax exempts and sales tax record needs
  • Support the marketing exceptions process
  • Support LP in credit dispute resolution
  • Support resolution of escalated customer credit inquiries in partnership with credit services
  • Assist support team with support responsibilities with BOPIS / curbside service, order fulfillment, wrap & pack, merchandise preparations for sales floor, markdowns, change requests, and returns
  • Assist jewelry team with RTVs, special order processing, direct to store receipts, and ICE system management
  • Provide backup to Sales Support Assistant and Service Concierge as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
