Reporting to the CVS Director, you will be in charge of the cash processing team within our Cash Services Division. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the work of your team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • 3+ years of Management experience
  • 3+ years of Union Management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Health and Safety management experience
  • Working knowledge of Workers Compensation reporting process
  • Driven by offering exceptional customer service
  • Sense of urgency, outstanding communication, and problem solving
  • Strong teamwork and partnership orientation

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, and control the processing activities of the counting room
  • Maintain and improve the quality, profitability, and safety of the services offered and respect production schedules
  • Provide direction for the execution of the sector's activities
  • Manage expenses according to the budget, both labor and current expenses
  • Conduct investigations, as required, in collaboration with internal or external agencies to determine the causes of off-balance and claims
  • Participate in the hiring plan for new staff and provide ongoing training to meet workforce needs
  • Participate in the disciplinary or grievance process
  • Monitor and manage work volumes ensuring Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded
  • Ensure all work processes utilized are defined, documented, measured, and maintained
  • Provide in-depth support on operational/product processes to meet the needs of the business by providing high-level analysis/recommendations to support initiatives in new and existing processes
  • Ensure that audit, control and security checks are conducted according to established standards
  • Conduct investigations, when necessary, in cooperation with internal or external agencies to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures
  • Any other related task
