This recruitment is for a Casework Management Specialist 1, underfilling a Casework Management Specialist 3 position in the Fallon Child Welfare Office. The role involves determining social service needs of clients, developing solutions and case plans, and providing ongoing case management services. Advancement to the next level is possible upon meeting qualifications, satisfactory performance, and with endorsement. The incumbent will provide child welfare services to children and families, developing and implementing case plans with intervention strategies to meet a child's needs, ensuring medical, mental health, and educational needs are met. This includes strength-based, family-centered case management, home visits, monitoring services, report preparation, and record keeping. Training will be provided for the duties outlined in the series concept. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and sponsorship is not available. Casework Management Specialists provide services and coordination for children, vulnerable and/or older adults, and their families, potentially in specialized programs or facilities, with duties performed in homes or similar residential settings.
