About The Position

This position works with adults diagnosed with substance use disorders. It is a community-based role, with approximately 50% of time spent in the community and 50% in an office setting. Candidates will experience working with the substance use disorder population are preferred but not required; ASAM experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be flexible and demonstrate strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Requirements

  • A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a similar field—or a solid combo of education and real-world experience.
  • Strong communicator, active listener, and know how to build trust and motivate others.
  • Support your team, share what you know, and help lift others up.
  • At ease working with people from all walks of life and committed to creating inclusive spaces.
  • Ready to roll with changes—thinking on your feet and solving problems creatively.
  • For roles that involve driving, you’ll meet all the safety and compliance standards.
  • Ready to earn your Benefits Planning certification within a year.
  • You’ll be out in the community, meeting people where they are—homes, centers, or drop-in spaces. Flexibility is key.
  • Keep paperwork and compliance in check, so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Excited to grow and keep leveling up.
