Ideal part-time position for former law enforcement professionals
About The Position
Liberty Healthcare and the California Conditional Release Program are seeking experienced law enforcement professionals for a part-time Case Worker position. This program aims to improve public safety and reduce recidivism by offering intensive supervision, case management, and behavioral health services to adult sexual offenders on court-ordered conditional release. Several new part-time Case Worker positions are available due to program expansion. These are field-based roles that allow for some remote work and require travel to transport clients within Santa Cruz and Santa Clara Counties.
Requirements
- Former law enforcement experience
- Criminal justice expertise
- Ability to drive and transport clients
- Willingness to work a flexible and somewhat unpredictable schedule

Responsibilities
- Primarily driving and escorting clients to appointments
- Ensuring clients comply with their court-ordered release terms
- Observing and monitoring client movement and behavior
- Documenting client activities and encounters
- Assisting clients with obtaining employment, benefits, and other entitlements
