About The Position

Operate power equipment to safely handle and move product while supporting receiving and shipping processes. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all warehouse operations. Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain equipment certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching for extended periods.
  • Able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with RF scanners preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, stack, and move product using material handling equipment.
  • Use RF scan devices to track and verify inventory.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and customer-specific instructions.
  • Load and unload shipments while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory integrity and report discrepancies.
  • Complete required paperwork (pick lists, receiving documents, load reports).
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and daily stretching routines.
  • Support general housekeeping and organization of the warehouse.
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity standards.
  • Understand picking, stocking, and loading strategies.
  • Follow all safety procedures for dock operations and equipment use.
  • Complete daily equipment inspections.
  • Immediately report hazards, incidents, or accidents.
  • Ensure all shipments are accurate and damage-free.
  • Follow “Only Handle It Once (OHIO)”—do it right the first time.
  • Step in where needed and take on additional tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
