Requirements

Take ownership for own and members safety
Forklift and/or walkie rider experience required
Mechanical ability to troubleshoot production equipment
Demonstrated ability to lead other members and work without direct supervision
Ability to rotate between operation of several different pieces of equipment on a daily and/or weekly basis
Ability to work in a rotation program and be a back-up operator for other production lines/rooms within the facility is required.
Proactive team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills required
Must be able to fill out daily documentation accurately
Must have desire to learn and grow and share information (educate) with Members
The ability to occasionally (one to two times per hour) lift/move a pallet in excess of 50 pounds
Must be able to read production schedules
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check
