About The Position

The Case Pack Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and efficient case packing, labeling, and staging of finished goods at the end of the production line. This role ensures that all finished products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for transfer to the warehouse in compliance with company standards and state regulations. The Case Pack Coordinator collaborates closely with production, quality, and inventory teams to maintain product integrity, accurate documentation, and timely throughput of finished goods.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in case packing, labeling, and data entry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory tracking systems, METRC, ERP/WMS platforms, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to prepare concise and accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for proper case counts and reconciliation.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of state and internal regulations regarding finished goods handling, labeling, and storage.
  • 2+ years of experience in a production, packaging, or manufacturing environment with responsibilities for finished goods handling and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP, WMS, METRC, or other inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Pack finished goods into master cases according to specifications, ensuring accurate counts, proper orientation, and product integrity.
  • Apply, verify, and scan case labels to ensure compliance with internal SOPs and state track-and-trace regulations.
  • Conduct line clearances and label verification at the end of each run or product changeover.
  • Reconcile finished good quantities against production output and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records (electronic and paper) for all case pack activity, including batch numbers, lot codes, and case counts.
  • Monitor packaging materials (cases, labels, dividers, tape) and communicate replenishment needs to the Material Coordinator.
  • Stage and transfer completed pallets to designated holding areas for warehouse pickup.
  • Inspect finished goods for damage, defects, or labeling errors and escalate quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain departmental housekeeping standards and ensure the case pack area is clean, organized, and free of cross-contamination.
  • Ensure 100% compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures.
  • Communicate any issues involving equipment operation, quality evaluation, inspection, or troubleshooting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
