About The Position

Pauquette Center for Psychological Services is seeking a Case Manager to provide services to consumers with chronic mental health conditions through our Community Support Program (CSP) at our Portage, Wisconsin location. This role is primarily focused on case management, with an expectation of providing some therapy using evidence-based practices as part of an overall treatment plan. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team including prescribers, nursing staff, psychologists, and support staff. Ethical documentation is a requirement. The Pauquette Center is a multidisciplinary outpatient community-based group practice dedicated to serving a wide range of client populations within rural settings, with 8 office locations across south-central Wisconsin. They have in-house APA approved training programs and provide consultation services throughout the US. Requirements

Valid driver's license required.
Bachelor's degree (Required)
Background check is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in this population.
Mental health license in the State of Wisconsin.
Individuals with a training license or training license eligible will be considered.
Individuals at the bachelor level with career plans to seek a master's degree in a license eligible field.
Skilled in effective communication strategies.
Adept at engaging with clients from varied backgrounds.
