Capitol Hall is a permanent supportive housing residence for formerly homeless adults. On-site services include case management, entitlement assistance, medical care, substance abuse counseling, work readiness training, a meals program, 24 hour/7 day per week front desk security, and daily group activities. The position of Case Manager is responsible for delivering effective case management services using a strengths-based, client-centered approach to formerly homeless adults with a history of mental illness and/or substance use disorder, so tenants maintain permanent housing.
