Provides support to the participants of the Cardinal Manning Center (CMC).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any human service-related field
Experience with Microsoft office
Experience with homeless population

Responsibilities
Participate in problem solving, staff and program development with the guidance of supervisor.
Provide intense case management services to assigned clients.
Develop effective, trusting relationships with clients with a focus on facilitating their move towards independence.
Provide crises intervention, short-term and long-term case management services.
Housing search and placement for clients including accompanying clients to housing appointments if needed.
Provide information, referrals, and social services advocacy.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client information.
Network with agency and outside service providers, ensuring client access to appropriate services.
In concert with supervisors assume responsibility for attending assigned community meetings. Meetings will be assigned based on the needs of the department.
Support to weekly skid row seminar series.
Participation in supervision, case management, and staff meetings.
Community outreach and collaboration with other social service agencies.
Other duties as assigned.
