About The Position
Harrison County Hospital is seeking to hire an RN Case Manager. This position is PRN (as needed), days, 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday. The Case Manager is responsible for coordination of patient care with the appropriate members of the healthcare team with the organizations mission, goals and objectives in mind.
Requirements
- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of five (5) years previous nursing experience in a variety of settings required
- Two years previous management experience required
- Knowledge of health care financial system required
- Computer operations skills
- Time management skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Multi-task capability
- Ability to plan and implement new programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Tact and diplomacy in dealing with others
- Effective resource management skills
- Ability to teach other
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
