About The Position

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking an experienced and compassionate Case Manager to serve as a liaison between hospitals, physicians, families, payors, and our Skilled Nursing Facility. This position is responsible for identifying opportunities for promoting the community and coordinating referral, outreach events or activities to attract and secure referrals that result in admissions. The role involves developing and evaluating a quarterly/annual outreach and marketing plan, representing the company and establishing relationships with business and community leaders, conducting public speaking engagements and tours of the community and care center, and partnering with the Sales Director to identify potential care center residents.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, public relations, and/or marketing, preferably in health care.
College degree is required.
Must possess a valid and current state driver's license.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills including public speaking.
Ability to network with local community leaders, organizations, and professionals.
Knowledge of operations, services and continuum of care in all venues in the community.
Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Nice To Haves

Experience with community outreach and presentation to various size groups, organizations and individuals preferred.
