About The Position

Case Managers ensure cases move forward quickly and comprehensively. You’ll focus on the operational heart of pre-litigation—opening claims, managing medical record requests, securing police reports, and resolving lien issues—so attorneys can work with complete, timely information. In this role, you'll primarily support personal injury cases in Illinois and Ohio, so experience working with personal injury cases in one or both of those states is essential.

Requirements

• 2+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling
• Process-driven and detail-oriented
• Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Experience handling personal injury cases in Illinois or Ohio

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish/English

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports
• Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting
• Identify and fix operational bottleneck.
