About The Position

Guardian Tax is looking for a reliable, detail-focused Case Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and takes ownership of client relationships from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients through their resolution process while working closely with internal teams to keep cases moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client cases from onboarding through completion
  • Maintain consistent communication and provide status updates to clients
  • Coordinate with enrolled agents and internal compliance teams
  • Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Balance multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Support overall client satisfaction while meeting performance goals
