The Case Manager works with formerly homeless, mentally ill single adults in a supportive housing environment, assisting residents in stabilizing their lives, maintaining housing stability, and achieving their physical, emotional, vocational, educational, and social goals. This role requires solid clinical knowledge, experience working with individuals impacted by mental illness, substance use, legal, criminal justice, and medical issues, a passion for helping people, and the ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
