About The Position
Candidates will provide stabilization and rehabilitation substance abuse case management services to men in a residential setting in accordance with OASAS and Agency rules and regulations. Candidate will monitor residence for medical, mental health, safety and security issues and work cooperatively with the treatment team to meet the needs of each client. Monitors client medication schedules, following program procedure and protocols and assist with residents upon admission to rules and regulations of the program.
Requirements
- Must have a CASAC-T, CASAC-P or CASAC credential.
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Valid NYS driver's license.
