As a Case Manager with HELP USA, you will assist individuals experiencing homelessness in finding housing and achieving self-sufficiency. This involves helping clients identify the root causes of their homelessness, collaborating with the service team to create independent living plans, and regularly meeting with clients to support their progress towards finding a home. The role also includes providing guidance and referrals for various services such as employment, education, medical and mental health, childcare, and substance abuse, tailored to each client's specific needs. HELP USA is one of the nation’s largest non-profit homeless services providers and low-income housing developers, serving diverse at-risk populations including families, individuals, veterans, survivors of domestic violence, and people with health challenges and disabilities.
