About The Position
SAGE Counseling is hiring full-time Case Managers in the Phoenix Valley area, including the East Valley, West Valley, and Central Phoenix. Case Managers provide services that support SAGE clients, including maintaining contact by video and/or phone, connecting clients with community resources, and supporting their treatment and growth. The position works mostly in SAGE offices, with the possibility of remote work as available. SAGE issues the equipment needed to provide Case Management services. Pay is up to $25.25 per hour.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health-related field.
- Minimum two years of direct work experience working or volunteering in a helping profession.
- Reliable transportation required.

- Bilingual in Spanish.
