About The Position

The RN Case Manager coordinates services through an interdisciplinary process to provide a clinical and psychosocial approach through the continuum of care. Assists in development, planning, coordination and administration of the activities of clinical review, discharge planning, resource utilization and utilization review.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Mississippi RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all patient populations and members of the healthcare team.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
• Case management and/or Utilization Review experience also preferred.

Responsibilities
