Bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager

About The Position

Responsible for the introduction of a new client to Kanner and Pintaluga. Case managers work directly with clients, referral sources, and insurance companies to ensure all documents are organized, complete, and ready for draft. They are responsible for maintaining an accurate record of property damage claims from inception until the case is handed off.

Requirements

  • Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
  • High school/GED diploma.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Legal experience, including experience with clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information and documents from clients and other sources.
  • Draft and send letters of representation to insurance companies.
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications with clients and insurance companies.
  • Schedule recorded statements, EUO’s and inspections.
  • Maintain communication with the clients to ensure they are up to date on their case and all their concerns are satisfied.
  • Maintain communication with co-workers to ensure work quality and consistency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
