About The Position

The Good Partner Case Manager provides support and resources to assist Goodwill staff in overcoming barriers and challenges in everyday life. These barriers can be related to transportation, housing, access to healthcare, and other social, cultural, and environmental conditions. You will help to identify areas of need and work with the individual to identify goals and develop plans to address these barriers to allow the individual to maintain employment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, business, or related field preferred, or three years of experience providing case management services and High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with five or fewer points.
• Automotive insurance.
• Regularly provide the agency with proof of valid auto insurance.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Ability to perform inside, sedentary work.
• Pass background checks, including FBI/BCI and employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and resources to assist Goodwill staff in overcoming barriers and challenges in everyday life.
• Identify areas of need related to transportation, housing, access to healthcare, and other social, cultural, and environmental conditions.
• Work with individuals to identify goals and develop plans to address barriers to employment.
• Travel within communities served.
• Transport individuals served as necessary.
