About The Position

The Case Manager is a key member of the site’s Clinical team, implementing the Rite of Passage program at the Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center in Harrisburg, Arkansas. The role administers, develops, and facilitates case plans and treatment programs in accordance with placing-agency requests and the needs of each student on the assigned caseload. The Case Manager serves as the primary program liaison among students, parents or legal guardians, other staff members, and placing-agency officials. The position provides progress notes and organizes and facilitates court hearings, Probation Officer visits, student visits, and home passes. The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center provides a comprehensive, trauma-responsive program for at-risk young females, supporting personal and academic growth and helping residents build skills for successful futures. The position is part-time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Pay is $20.19–$21.63 per hour, depending on education and experience. A $1,000 bonus is offered for completion of Essential Skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical examination, and TB test.
Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
Meet the requirements to become an ROP-eligible driver, including having a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
