Our Company is seeking a Case Manager for a Revenue Cycle Management role. Our ideal applicant will have experience in client-focused case management and/or customer account management. You’ll be communicating directly with insurance companies and medical providers, following up on collecting payments, and updating client records. This individual needs to be an effective communicator, comfortable with speaking on the phone, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus. The ability to manage work efficiency and work well with others is a must. Job Summary: The Case Manager facilitates the efficient operation of job duties by performing a variety of administrative tasks and implementing short and long-range objectives.
