About The Position
The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking an experienced and creative Case Manager at its Two Rivers Recovery Center in Greenfield. Two Rivers is a program for women in early recovery from substance use who are pregnant or postpartum mothers with their infants. The program supports up to 25 women and 5 infants in long term (6 to 12 months) residential treatment. The comprehensive clinical service is a trauma informed, harm-reduction model.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s level required
- Knowledge of substance use disorders and treatment
- Experience facilitating groups
- Must pass background screening process including CORI
- Valid driver’s license and have a clear driving record check
- Have reliable transportation, for occasional business use
