About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager with at least 3 years of personal injury experience. This role involves hands-on case handling from start to finish, extensive client interaction, and managing all aspects of a case. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the firm's continued growth and success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience
• Hands-on case handling experience from A-Z
• Experience with heavy client contact
• Experience opening claims with insurance companies
• Experience handling PD claims
• Experience requesting records
• Experience in demand writing
• Experience quarterbacking medical treatment
• Experience with lawsuit drafting
• Experience propounding and responding to discovery
• Knowledge of the code of civil procedure
• Experience with court calendaring
• Some trial experience
• Ability to handle high volume of cases
• Must be organized
• Must be punctual
• Must be responsible
• Must have a great attitude
• Must be easy to work with

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases from A-Z
• Manage heavy client contact
• Open claims with insurance companies
• Handle Property Damage (PD) claims
• Request medical and other necessary records
• Write demand letters
• Coordinate and quarterback medical treatment for clients
• Draft legal documents for lawsuits
• Propound and respond to discovery requests
• Manage court calendaring
• Assist with trial preparation and proceedings
