About The Position

The Case Manager – Adult Outpatient, HEART Program is described in the position summary as a Mental Health Therapist role at MultiCare. It provides person-centered support and tailors clinical and case management services to diverse patient needs. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, with a 1.0 FTE and a shift of either 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The position is part of Navos, within MultiCare’s Behavioral Health Network, which provides behavioral health care, including mental health and substance use disorder treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, residential treatment, and community-based programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health-related field.
Apply for the Washington State Counselor Agency Affiliated Registered (ACCR) credential within 30 days of hire. Employees may work while the application is pending for up to 120 days, unless they already hold a higher credential.
Acceptable credentials listed include Counselor Agency Affiliated Certified, Counselor Agency Affiliated Licensed, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT, LSWAA, LASW, LSWAIC, and LICSW.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree.
