Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hold an MHRT-C or MHRT-C Provisional Certification (or are eligible to obtain MHRT-C)
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, social services, or human services
- At least one year of experience supporting individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities
- Enjoy building relationships and solving problems
- Can work independently while also being a great teammate
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Help individuals identify goals and create plans for success
- Connect people with community resources and support services
- Advocate for clients and help remove barriers to independence
- Partner with providers, families, and support networks
- Support skill building, recovery, and personal growth
- Maintain quality documentation and service records
- Celebrate victories, big and small, with the people you support
