Detroit Recovery Project (DRP) is seeking a Youth Case Manager to support young adults ages 18–24 who are engaged in substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health recovery services. This position plays a vital role in helping participants access healthcare, behavioral health services, housing resources, educational opportunities, workforce development programs, and other community supports that promote long-term recovery and independence. The Youth Case Manager will work closely with participants, clinicians, peer recovery coaches, residential staff, community partners, and the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) to ensure coordinated, person-centered care and successful linkage to services.
