About The Position
Provide quality, client-centered case management services that facilitate recovery and wellness for people living with substance use or mental health concerns. The Case Manager supports clinical treatment goals as part of an interdisciplinary team. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in a licensable field preferred.
