The position also requires implementing safety protocols, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to professional and ethical standards. Other responsibilities include coordinating referrals, acting as a liaison with stakeholders, accepting crisis calls, participating in supervision, traveling within the office, meeting deadlines, and supporting foster care programs.
