At Joyous Ventures, we are committed to providing immediate support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or crisis. Through our dedicated Social Services Team, we help participants navigate available resources and access comprehensive care. We assist with: Securing healthcare services (medical home, dental care, wellness programs), Linkages to mental health and substance abuse support, Guidance with benefits enrollment (health insurance, income support), On-site counseling, therapy, support groups, and assistance with emotional well-being and relationship challenges, Life skills development to foster independence, Community reintegration through social activities and connections, Transportation and accompaniment services, Additional support to achieve long-term housing stability. These services are crucial in promoting the well-being, empowerment, and resilience of our participants—strengthening the broader community in the process. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Manager to support justice-impacted individuals facing homelessness or housing instability. They will provide case management, coordinate resources, and address medical, mental health, and substance use barriers, ensuring participants receive support for long-term stability. This position is fast-paced and participant-facing; the successful candidate must have a lot of patience, and be comfortable working directly with people experiencing homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, and domestic violence.
