About The Position

Service Alternatives is seeking a Case Manager to work with children and families, coordinating and facilitating the delivery of services in community locations. This role involves designing and developing individualized plans in collaboration with community and provider teams and family members to support children and youth in reaching their goals and achieving permanency. This is a Part-Time position supporting at-risk youth in an in-home setting, with the potential to increase to Full-Time as caseloads grow. There is also an opportunity for qualified candidates to be employed as a Youth Community Coordinator.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or a closely related field.
1 year experience working with youth and families in a setting as outlined in the job description (Child Placing Agency Contract requirement).
Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license.
Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
TB Test: Within 7 days of first day of employment, or prior to working on site (whichever comes first).
Ability to obtain: agency affiliated counselor in the State of Washington under Department of Health healthcare professional credentialing guidelines.

Nice To Haves
