About The Position

We are seeking a Case Manager with experience in EB3 visas. This role provides a client service-based approach to businesses that require visa services for their employees. The Case Manager will have primary responsibility for working on immigration petitions, extensions, and other related tasks.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in immigration law
  • Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with employment-based immigration (including E-B3 PERM filings)
  • Superior organizational and time management skills including meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality
  • Teamwork capacity to include the ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the department and the organization in general
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client service skills and the ability to promote and maintain a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to understand, analyze, and evaluate situations and exercise good judgment to make appropriate decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for various immigration applications with strict deadlines.
  • Ensure that applications are free of mistakes and include all essential information required to meet regulations.
  • Communicate on behalf of clients with State Workforce Agencies, Department of Labor, and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential case files on company’s proprietary platform.
  • Perform advanced casework with limited attorney supervision.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for specific clients and regularly communicate regarding procedural and case processing issues.
  • Maintain consistent lines of communication with other team members to ensure questions are answered and tasks are completed.
  • Perform other tasks as requested/needed.

  • 5 days of personal time off (eligible upon successful completion of ninety (90) day assessment from date of hire)
