About The Position
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Case Manager for our Upper Saddle River program in Upper Saddle River, NJ.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of related experience in social services
- Valid NJ driver's license

Responsibilities
- Asses clients' needs
- Development and implement service plans for clients
- Provide referrals when required
- Responsible for continuity of care and ensuring that appropriate quality services are provided
