About The Position
Provide quality client-centered case management services that facilitate recovery and wellness for people living with substance use/mental health concerns. Case Manager will support clinical treatment goals, working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Nice To Haves
- Master's (in a licensable field) preferred
