Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Case Manager at Daytona Juvenile Residential Facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a related field
- Prior case management experience required
- Three years experience with juveniles

Responsibilities
- Administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load.
