Case Manager
About The Position
The individual in this position will provide case management services to youth in the program who live in both group style living and in community apartments. This role requires reliable transportation as the individual will be required to drive clients in their own vehicle. The program is based on positive youth development strategies and provides housing, employment services, educational support, counseling, life skills training, and permanency planning. Many Steppingstone participants have faced homelessness, mental health challenges, problems in school, or are pregnant/parenting. Steppingstone is a program of Every Child’s Hope.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- Reliable transportation
- A strong desire to work with adolescents
- A clean driving record
- Ability to pass a federal, criminal background fingerprinting check & drug screen
- At least 21 years of age
