Case Manager Hiring Event
About The Position
Terros Health is seeking caring behavioral health and trauma-informed individuals to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. This role involves working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our 23rd Ave Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. We offer full-time positions with a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours. New graduates are welcome, and we provide training for success. We are looking for individuals with degrees in Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Behavioral Health Science, or related healthcare administration or behavioral health degree programs. The hiring event will be held at 8804 N 23rd Ave Ste. A1/A2, Phoenix, AZ 85021 on October 21st, 2026, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, offering on-the-spot interviews. Requirements
- GED/High school diploma with a minimum of 1.5 years of behavioral health experience
- An associates degree in the field of medical or behavioral
- A bachelor's degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience
- A bachelor's degree in the field of behavioral
- A master's degree or higher in the field of behavioral health
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, electronic medical record, NextGen preferred
- Valid AZ Driver License. Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment
- Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members
- Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions
- Basic understanding of the DSM-V preferred
- Must pass typing test with a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
- Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening.
