Case Manager - School-Based ($3,000 Sign on Bonus)

About The Position
NRVCS is hiring School-Based Case Managers to work with youth in school systems across the New River Valley (NRV). This is a year-round position. The role offers a starting salary range of $20.88–$24.01, depending on education and experience, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Additional compensation may be considered for new employees who speak multiple languages. Employees are eligible for a competitive benefits package, a VRS fund, and a generous PTO plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a Human Services-related field as defined by the Virginia Board of Counseling.
- Registration as a QMHP or eligibility for QMHP status as set forth by the Virginia Board of Counseling.
