About The Position

Dale Rogers Training Center (DRTC) is seeking a dedicated and organized Community Living Engagement (CLE) Case Manager to support individuals with developmental disabilities through case management, behavioral support, program coordination, and staff supervision. This role ensures high‑quality services, regulatory compliance, and meaningful community engagement for individuals in the CLE Program.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass OSBI, MVR, DHS Registry Check, drug test, and other required screenings
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs vertically and 25 lbs horizontally
  • Ability to perform CPR, First Aid, AED use, and Heimlich maneuver (training provided)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist with mobility as needed
  • Ability to operate agency vans (12–15 passenger)

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities and physical/medical needs
  • Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills
  • Knowledge of developmental disabilities, behavioral supports, and vocational programming
  • Proficient with computers and documentation
  • Ability to supervise staff and support skill development
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for individuals, guardians, caregivers, and DDS Case Managers
  • Lead and participate in Individual Plan (IP) meetings and complete Person‑Centered Planning
  • Develop, implement, and monitor vocational and life‑skills outcomes
  • Train staff on behavioral intervention strategies and provide crisis intervention when needed
  • Ensure compliance with DDS, OHCA, DOL, HIPAA, and Human Rights Committee procedures
  • Maintain master files, program notes, and required documentation
  • Prepare for DDS Contract Reviews and maintain year‑round program readiness
  • Supervise Community Living Engagement Technicians and conduct performance evaluations
  • Provide direct support as needed, including mobility assistance and community outings
  • Drive agency vehicles (12–15 passenger vans) and ensure individual safety
  • Assist with activity planning and ensure all required paperwork is completed
  • Participate in required meetings, committees, and staff development activities
