Youth Opportunity is a nationally recognized leader in residential and behavioral health treatment for at-risk youth. Gallatin Primary Assessment Center in Gallatin, Tennessee is a secure short-term facility serving boys ages 13 to 17 who require assessment and stabilization. The center offers continuous observation, clinical evaluation, mental health care, and life skills programming during initial placement. Youth typically remain for about 30 days, receiving individual and group therapy, educational services, victim-impact awareness, and family engagement. Small group living units support informed placement decisions and safe transition to longer-term residential or community settings. We are hiring a Case Manager to coordinate assessment services, documentation, communication, and transition planning at Gallatin Primary Assessment Center. Working under the clinical supervision of a licensed mental health professional, you will serve as an important liaison among youth, families, the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, the treatment team, and other community partners. This position is ideal for a compassionate and organized human services professional who wants to help youth successfully navigate a critical period of assessment and transition.
