Case managers at HFP are responsible for encouraging, guiding, supporting, and monitoring the success of program participants. Case managers may specialize within the organization working on initial intake and support services to assist clients in adjusting and stabilizing or work with clients proceeding to career and next step goals. Must have knowledge of barriers to entry into the workforce for the re-entry population and problem-solving approaches to assist clients with gaining employment. Case managers deliver services with a client- first focus within a team setting. The Case Manager/Career Advisor has a pivotal role on the team that will provide career counseling and coaching to assist clients enhance their training and professional skillset to obtain employment in their desired area. This position will be responsible for managing and supporting a caseload of clients as they navigate their employment journey. Experience with case management with the reentry population, coping with high-stress at-risk clientele, and conflict resolution.
