About The Position

Case Manager – East Cobb Family Dentistry Location: Marietta, GA East Cobb Family Dentistry, a modern and fast-growing dental practice in Marietta, GA, is seeking a Case Manager to support our Dentists. This role is focused on guiding patients through general dentistry and advanced surgical procedures such as dental implants, bone grafting, full-arch restorations, and wisdom teeth extractions. This is not a front desk or administrative role—this is a high-impact sales position where your ability to consult, build trust, and close cases will directly influence patient care and practice growth.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of dental sales or treatment coordination experience required
Proven track record of closing high-value treatment plans
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to simplify clinical concepts for patient understanding
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based role
3+ years of dental business office experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of dental terminology.
Knowledge of dental office procedures.
Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
Knowledge of MS Office.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience supporting oral surgery or implant cases strongly preferred
Experience with dental software, patient financing tools, and CRM systems is a plus
Management or supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead treatment consultations for restorative, surgical and implant-related procedures
Present and explain treatment plans and financing options
Build strong rapport and trust with patients to increase case acceptance
Collaborate closely with Dentists, Hygienists and clinical staff
Manage a steady pipeline through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and patient education
